What we collect
When you order: your name, phone number, wilaya and commune, your address and note if you give them, and the products ordered. While you browse: the pages you view, where the visit came from (an ad, for example), and your device and browser type.
Unfinished orders
If you type a valid phone number at checkout but don't finish, we keep what you entered so we can call and help you complete it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Why we use it
To confirm your order by phone, prepare and deliver it, answer your questions, and learn which ads and pages bring orders. We don't sell your data.
Who we share it with
The courier delivering your order (name, phone and address only) and the provider of the platform the shop runs on. The site may use ad-measurement tools from Meta, TikTok and Google, which receive information about the visit and the order to measure ad performance.
Your rights
Under Algerian Law 18-07 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing or calling us.
